Michelle Barretto
D.D.S.

Dr. Barretto enjoys getting to know each patient individually and helping them get the dental care they desire. She always aims to provide high-quality dentistry by being informed with the latest advances in dental materials and technology. Dr. Barretto aspires to treat each patient like a family member and wants everyone to feel comfortable when they walk through the doors. 

Dr. Barretto graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Biology. From there she attended New York University College of Dentistry, where she met Dr. Wong and graduated in 2004. After graduation, she performed her general practice residency in Fresno, California at the University Medical Center. Since that time she has been practicing in the Bay Area, and in 2007 began practicing in Walnut Creek.

Dr. Barretto and Dr. Wong have three young children which keeps her very busy. When she finds spare time she enjoys staying active with Crossfit classes and catching up on movies. She also loves to find “good eats” with Dr. Wong.

Vanessa
Registered Dental Hygienist

Vanessa is passionate about patient education and preventive dentistry, and focuses on the patient’s individual needs and goals. She spends time getting to know each patient and makes every visit comfortable. She proudly provides patient-centered quality care and professionalism, and plays an essential role in our dental team in helping patients to achieve and maintain optimal oral health.
Vanessa graduated from University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene with Honors and the Academic Achievement Award. She is also a member of the American Dental Hygienists' Association and California Dental Hygienists' Association. Vanessa is a “forever student” as she takes courses in continuing education to stay updated and educated about current industry trends, innovations, and policies. For Vanessa, dental hygiene is a profession filled with opportunities for lifelong learning and professional development. In the future, she hopes to earn her Master’s Degree in Dental Hygiene and become an educator to future dental hygiene students.
In her free time, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her family and fur baby, exercising at the gym, and binging Netflix shows. She also wants to travel around the world!

Hello my name is Vanessa Rospigliosi I am currently a dental assistant for Courtyard Dental. I have been with the practice about a year now. I am currently going back to school at Diablo Valley college. I would like to advance in the dental field and go for hygiene. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, I love to listen to music and to go to the gym.

Hello! My name is Giavonna, I am the Patient Care Coordinator. My dental career with W&B Dental began in 2020, and I am so thankful to be a part of this team. I enjoy helping our patients in any way possible. My goal is to make sure your patient experience is easy and enjoyable. I am currently working toward becoming a Registered Dental Hygienist because my true passion is to help others become the healthiest version of themselves through oral hygiene. When I am not in the office or in school, I enjoy spending time in the good ol' outdoors with my fur baby Ollie. When I am not having an outdoor adventure, you can find me reading a good book, cooking, or binging episodes of some of my favorite shows.
